"We are an educational centre with more than 600 students. We have been selected to be part of the schools program European Parliament Ambassadors (EPAS), an initiative to transmit the democratic values of the EU. It is our mission to educate future adult citizens involved and committed to the democratic ideals of the EU. Our educational project includes complementary activities on Europe, which bring students closer to the reality of the continent and make them aware of the privileges and duties they have as European citizens. All the students in the last year of their Secondary studies attend the complementary subject ""We are Europe"", aimed at promoting the values of the European Union and to acquire a greater knowledge about it, during an hour a week. The year before they also attend a subject called “Sustainable Europe”, whose aim is to promote a greener Europe, encouraging students to adopt ecological attitudes at home and at school. We aim to give the school an international dimension, promoting multilingualism and following the democratic principles of the European Union. It is also intended to encourage the development of its ethical and transcendent dimension, and the promotion of tolerant, democratic, autonomous and responsible attitudes, following the European democratic ideals. We also carried out projects connected with their daily reality and interrelated with the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda, and the principles of the Laudato Si (Vatican) Platform for Action. Students pursue a complementary activity called ""The Common House"" with the intention of promoting attitudes that favour the care and respect for the integrity of creation. Following the guidelines of the European Commission. our school promotes the use of digital media both in the teaching-learning processes and in the other processes of management of the center, to favor the integral development of our students."
