Main project objective is the development of a youth network of secondary school students in the districts of Montana, Nišava and Pirot. Specific Objective 1: Training of 120 young people from Montana, Nisava and Pirot districts to achieve key competencies related to volunteering, personal development, environmental protection and the necessary level of communication for the purpose of joint development. Specific Goal 2: signing a partnership agreement and developing a solid partnership to support other youth networking initiatives. Project activities: Preparation of the project; Procurement of equipment and furniture for the Serbian partner; Development of 3 courses with 8 lectures on educating young people in volunteering, developing their personality and the ability to think independently and make decisions, practical skills for learning in nature and improving mutual communication. Course topics: 1. To be responsible citizens of the EU. 2. Career development. 3. We define our own life; Organization of the 3-day theoretical course in Serbia and 5-day practical in Bulgaria with 8 lectures. Young people will film a movie, and will also engage in volunteer activities. The project partners will sign an agreement with Montana's Hunting and Fishing Association, with the aim of supporting the sustainability of the youth network and the results of the project; Preparation of promotional articles and Youth Guidelines; Organizing a media campaign; Implementation of regular project activities. Results: Youth Network with the involvement of teachers, established for the exchange of information and good practices; 2 training courses for youth personality development and promotion of volunteering among them; setting up 40 birdhouses and 10 feeding trays; signed an agreement with the Montana Hunting and Fishing Union for the sustainable management of project results; 3 developed internet portal for information exchange and good practices; film, shot by young people about common time; created and published a Youth Guide - how to make decisions.
