The sponsor of this Build Operate Transfer project was a local private company Hangzhou Jinjiang Group. The total investment was US$ 61.42 million (RMB 415 million) and Hangzhou Jinjiang had a 100% stake in the project. The power plant had a power generation capacity of 30MW. It could process 800 tons of solid waste per day. A special purpose vehicle Guizhou Jinning New Power Company Limited was established to implement the project.
