We are currently in times of great change, which also affect the education system. With a strategy, important course is being set for a sustainable Liechtenstein continuing education system. Great importance is attached to a broad stakeholder involvement, such as the Ministry, Chamber of Commerce, LIHK, social partners, education providers, Office of Social Services, Office of Vocational Guidance. In addition, input from abroad with a Swiss education expert will complement the panel. The goals of the project are: 1. Improve governance 2. Increase adult participation in continuing education. a) Improve the visibility of existing continuing education offerings. 3. Further publicize the continuing education voucher and provide access to lifelong learning for all segments of the population equally. Increase awareness of lifelong learning. 4. Raise awareness of basic skills among the population. (literacy and IT) 5. Bringing digital trends into continuing education. There are already some continuing education providers. In a first step, the various offers should be systematically recorded and presented. Based on this continuing education map, an action plan is to be developed.
