Description | Panva Gas, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pan River Investments Company, acquired a 100% interest in the state-owned Weiyuan Natural Gas company for a total of $2.77 million. Weiyuan Panva will hold a 90% stake and will have exclusive rights to develop and operate gas pipelines for a period of 50 years in Weiyuan county of Sichuan Province. The remaining 10% stake will be held by another subsidiary of Panva Gas, Ziyang Panva. The project involves 37 km of long range pipelines and more than 60 km of city pipelines. |
