Well-Vieillir in Greater Region

Closed

The SENIOR ACTIV' project aims to improve the living conditions of frail seniors and elderly people in the Greater Region by acting — to slow down physical and mental aging, — to anticipate the adaptation of housing in order to avoid falls that accelerate the loss of autonomy — and to prevent progressive isolation and the breakdown of social ties. The project will conduct cross-border experiments that will identify solutions — on a small scale to facilitate well-age at home, — on an intermediate scale to improve the environment of proximity to older people — and on a larger scale to conduct concerted cross-border strategies for prevention for active and healthy ageing in the Greater Region.
