West Cache Box Cut Excavation

Galleon Gold Corp. completed the box cut excavation at its 100%-owned West Cache Gold Project in Timmins, Ontario. The excavation exposed the bedrock face fully, constructed excavation walls at a 4:1 slope, and commenced armoring of the walls. The project is transitioning into underground development with preparations for construction and blasting underway. Geologists have started mapping and sampling the exposed bedrock area to assess mineralized zones. The project has completed permitting, secured financing, and advanced site infrastructure including roads, a water treatment plant, and a hydro line.
