Description | The West Greeley Development Project is a $1.1 billion state-of-the-art entertainment district on the west side of Greeley, Colorado. It features an 8,600-seat multi-use arena and ice center, which will be the new home to the Colorado Eagles minor-league hockey team. The project also includes a year-round indoor waterpark and resort, a full-service conference hotel, restaurants, entertainment venues, and retail shops. The district will be built on 300 acres and is part of a larger Cascadia project encompassing over 1,000 acres with residential, commercial, office, and retail units. |
