The project is divided into two phases, with phase one consisting of 128 units expected to finish by December 2026, and phase two with 144 units expected to finish by December 2028. The project includes amenities such as raised garden beds, a playground, laundry facilities, walking paths, a computer center, community space, washer and dryer hook-ups in certain units, and an early childhood center. The site is 12.4 acres and is supported by Albuquerque Housing Forward, the city of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, and Housing New Mexico. |
