Description | High-grade definition drilling at West Red Lake Gold Mines’ Madsen operation in northern Ontario is returning mine-plan–scale intercepts from the underground Austin 904 and 955 complexes. The 904 Complex hosts a roughly 200 m × 200 m panel of previously unmined mineralisation expected to support larger stopes and more efficient extraction, targeting inclusion in the H1 2027 mine plan. Madsen reached commercial production in January 2026 and is forecast at 35,000–45,000 oz this year. It will be incorporated with the Rowan project in a prefeasibility study due in H2 2026. |
