West Vancouver - Memorial Library Heating Upgrade

The proposed project at the existing West Vancouver Memorial Library will replace the natural gas-fired heating plant with expanded hydronic baseboard heating and will upgrade ventilation. The project will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by displacing natural gas use. The project works will include: - electric heating plant to replace natural gas-fired heating plant; - new and replacement high-efficiency hydronic baseboard heaters; - reconfigure ventilation system; - upgrade electrical system; and - mechanical, electrical, control/monitoring, signage, and other related works and appurtenances.
