The project involves the development of a Steam Plant(s) (and potentially other utilities) at the University’s Morgantown, West Virginia campus in USA.The project includes the design, development, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the Steam Plant; including the design and construction of the Steam Plant and any new connections and tunnel infrastructure, the connection of the Steam Plant to the University’s existing piping and tunnel infrastructure, and the operation and maintenance of the Steam Plant. The private partner shall provide all necessary financing for the project, subject to the University’s right to provide funding for certain elements. The project is expected to reach financial close in September 2023.
