Description | Westchester Power's Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program, which provided community energy services to 26 municipalities in Westchester County, New York, is being discontinued due to new state regulations that make continuing the program under the current regulatory framework not feasible. The program has been a significant contributor to reducing regional greenhouse gas emissions and enabling access to clean energy. Service will continue without disruption as power supply will revert to local utilities Con Edison and NYSEG. |
