Project Description The Project as a part of the Global Financial Infrastructure Program (GFIP II) is being implementing by Country Advisory and Economics unit in Europe region in partnership with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland (SECO) The Project aims to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the Credit Information Systems (CIS) in three Western Balkans countries (Albania, Kosovo and Serbia) that will help to improve risk management practice related to the usage of predictive analytics tools, big data sources and the demand among the financial institutions in additional products supporting their credit operations for reducing the lending risks and supporting better access to credit for individuals and SMEs. To achieve these goals the Project will work on policy and institutional levels to support regulatory reforms, public-private dialog, access to knowledge and raising capacity building.
