The project involves the development of landside facilities for the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport in Australia. The scope of works includes the design and construction of the airport’s landside facilities including:ground transport facilities including car parks;earthworks and drainage;a road network including connections to the terminal precinct;active transport connections to new public transport hubs;ancillary facilities for aviation support functions including the Airport Operations Centre and the Airport Maintenance Facility;public utility networks;communication systems;landscaping;wayfinding and signage.Once operational, the airport will have the capacity to manage 10 million passengers annually.
