The project involves the development and management of the new downtown energy infrastructure. The City of Westminster, Colorado, envisions a long-term public private partnership that will reduce energy costs and use through a range of energy infrastructure systems, financing models, strategic partnerships, community energy planning, and goal setting.The City is seeking a partner to investigate and implement energy savings strategies on the Phase II of the new downtown.
