Westside Village Mixed-Use Development

Larkspur Capital plans a $1.7 billion mixed-use development in Fort Worth called Westside Village. The project includes about 880,000 square feet of new office space, 238,000 square feet of retail, 1,785 multifamily units, a 175-key hotel, and $45 million in infrastructure improvements. It will be constructed over four phases throughout the next 10 years and completed in 2035. The development aims to create a pedestrian-friendly environment and will use a mass timber construction technique rarely seen in Fort Worth. The City of Fort Worth is considering a $125 million incentives package including grants and tax increment financing to support infrastructure costs.
