Westside Village Mixed-Use Development

The Westside Village is a $1.7 billion mixed-use development project in Fort Worth, Texas. It includes 880,000 square feet of office space, 238,000 square feet of retail, 1,785 apartment units, and a 175-key hotel planned to be completed by 2035. The first phase includes a 100,000-square-foot office building and a 308-unit luxury residential community, with construction expected to start in early 2026 and complete in 2028. The project is supported by a newly created tax increment finance district which approved $45 million in infrastructure funds to be spent in four phases from 2026 to 2035.
