Westside Village Mixed-Use Development

Westside Village is a $1.7 billion mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas, planned by FW Westside RE Investors LLC, a partnership between Dallas-based Larkspur Capital and Robert Bass' Keystone Group. The 37-acre project will include about 880,000 square feet of new office space, 238,000 square feet of retail, 1,785 apartment units, a 175-key hotel, and $45 million in infrastructure. The first phase includes a 100,000-square-foot class AA office building and a 308-unit luxury residential community, with ground-floor retail, restaurants, and a private social club connected by an underground garage. Construction is set to begin in early 2026 and complete in 2028.
