The White Mesa Mill in Utah is the cornerstone of Energy Fuels' rare earth processing capabilities, licensed to produce over 8 million pounds of uranium oxide annually and serving as the only monazite processing site in the US. The project includes Phase 1 with 10,000 tonnes per annum monazite processing capacity, NdPr oxide production up to 1,000 tonnes annually, and commercial production of heavy rare earth separation targeted for mid-2027. Phase 2 plans to expand throughput to 60,000 tonnes annually with integrated metals and alloys manufacturing by 2028-2030.
