Whittenton Mills Modular Housing Development

under construction

Greystar has begun construction on a 390-unit modular apartment community at the long-vacant Whittenton Mills site in Taunton, Massachusetts. The project involves redeveloping a 42-acre former industrial site into a large-scale multifamily community using modular construction technology to accelerate the building process. The development will include 10 residential buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, dog park, bocce courts, putting green, playground, and public green space. The modular units are built off-site in Pennsylvania and assembled on-site in Taunton.
