Williams-Brice Stadium Renovation

South Carolina University is investing 350 million dollars in a three-phase renovation plan for Williams-Brice Stadium, aiming to rebuild it from the ground up. The renovation includes widening concourses, adding more concessions and restrooms, increasing the suite count from 18 to 42, adding two video boards in the south end zone, and creating a 25,000-square-foot club-like space for students. Construction has begun with a crew of over 200 people and is expected to be completed by the 2028 season. The project is managed by Contract Construction and Manhattan Construction Group, with architecture by Populous.
