Description | The Williamsburg Wharf is a five-tower residential project developed by Naftali Group on the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn. It includes 75 affordable housing units starting at $1,800 per month (80% AMI), along with market-rate units. The property features coworking areas, gyms, luxury amenities such as a pool and doorman, and a waterfront esplanade providing easy access to the NYC Ferry for commuting to Manhattan. The project also includes a large public outdoor terrace-like space between the buildings. The final tower of the first phase, which will include new affordable and market-rate units, is planned to launch later in the year. |
