Windsor Middle School Renovation and Demolition Project

under construction

Windsor Middle School is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation project including demolition of a closed portion of the building. The project aims to modernize the school to the standards of nearby middle schools, with updates such as cafeteria expansion, library expansion, remodeled front office, air conditioning in gyms, updated classrooms, new parking lot, and fire suppression system. Demolition was temporarily delayed due to a colony of bats discovered in a former elevator shaft, with demolition proceeding carefully around the bats during pupping season.
