Wisconsin Gravel Cycling Network

launched

Wisconsin Gravel is a first-of-its-kind statewide network of gravel cycling routes connecting communities, landscapes, and riders across Wisconsin. The network includes more than 1,000 miles of distinctive red granite roads and 16 established routes in the Granite Belt region, spanning Marathon, Lincoln, Langlade, and Shawano counties. It leverages existing rural infrastructure such as dairy roads, logging routes, rails-to-trails corridors, and rustic roads to create a cohesive system promoting tourism and outdoor recreation.
