Wohali Luxury Golf Community Redevelopment

bankrupt, auction pending

Wohali is a bankrupt luxury golf development north of Park City, Utah, originally marketed as a premier private club with a world-class golf course. The project failed due to undercapitalization, lack of built infrastructure such as clubhouse and amenities, and overly optimistic market assumptions. Park City billionaire Douglas Bergeron is considering acquiring the project and reimagining it as a broader luxury resort including a hotel, spa, dining, and public amenities to revitalize the property and solve the current financial and development challenges.
