The project replaced a former Faultless Healthcare Linen warehouse and features five residential stories above a two-level garage. The project was initially planned as a $50 million, 228-unit complex but was later reduced to 215 units and renamed Wonderland with Alice in Wonderland-inspired floor plans and amenities. The developer received a temporary occupancy certificate and must meet several outstanding requirements before obtaining a permanent certificate. |
