The project includes 596 residential units, 85,000 square feet of commercial and office space, and a boutique dual-branded hotel with 190 keys. The first phase, Coconut Village Phase I, features 296 apartments and 28,000 square feet of commercial space, along with a central park, pedestrian retail promenade, anchor restaurants, and walking and biking paths. Construction began with an $81.5 million loan to cover the initial phase, with completion slated for 2027. |
