Main network objectives: 1. Ensure that European platforms on migration, employment and fundamental rights reflect anti-racism 2. Ensure that Member States collect equality data 3. Support ENAR members to advocate for States to respond to racist crime and speech and to implement rights-based security and policing policies 4. Advocate for the countering of specific forms of racism, including through EU standards on National Action Plans Against Racism Main planned activities: - Strengthen members’ skills and knowledge and support members’ race equality advocacy efforts including on community mobilization around the EU elections - Contribute to an Anti-Racism programme in the European Parliament - Advocate for EU standards on NAPAR - Produce a Shadow Report on racist crime - Produce a report on the impact of counter-terrorism policies on groups at risk of racism - Hold seminars on diversity management - Work on streamlining non-discrimination in integration and employment standards and policies - Produce a strategic paper on intersectionality - Join forces with other networks on equality and fundamental rights demands for the new European Parliament - Disseminate our findings through media and social media Type and number of beneficiaries: victims of racism & related discrimination, activists, civil society organisations, MPs, MEPs, national and EU civil servants & decision makers. Total: c. 70.000 p/y. Expected results: mainstreaming of anti-racism in EU employment and migration policies and internal fundamental rights mechanisms; EC adopts guidelines for NAPAR; new alliances and partnerships with MEPs, including renewal of ARDI Type and number of deliverables: 1 comparative analysis, 3 policy recommendations, 1 toolkit, 50 newsletter editions, 12 blog articles, 2 conferences, 5 round-tables, 7 training activities, 60 mutual learning activities, 52 advocacy meetings.
