Description | The Worthing Integrated Care Centre is a £45 million health centre project that was completed in December but has faced delays in opening due to issues with legionella bacteria in the water system. The main contractor, Galliford Try, has taken back control of the water system to resolve these issues and has installed a new, larger water pump to address the problem. The council will only accept the water system back once it is fully safe and functional for NHS partners to move in and patients to be seen. |
