The project involves providing technical project management and multidisciplinary professional services to support the delivery of the Wrexham Gateway Eastern Zone Development.This includes advancing the scheme from RIBA Stage 2 design through to procurement and delivery, with responsibilities such as developing procurement and funding strategies, preparing tender documentation to appoint a development partner, supporting bid evaluations, and helping to draft final contracts. The appointed consultant will also be responsible for producing a Full Business Case in line with public funding requirements and may act as a leasing agent. Additional optional services may include development monitoring, marketing and communications support, advice on securing private-sector investment, and setting up long-term management structures for the completed development. The project is part of a wider regeneration effort to transform the Wrexham Gateway area into a mixed-use, vibrant urban district.
