Description | In September 2012, a local private company Chongqing Kangda signed a concession agreement with Wugang Municipal Government for the Zhulan Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wugang City, Henan Province. Chongqing Kangda won the agreement through open bidding. The capacity of the plant was 20,000 tons per day. Chongqing Kanda had a 100% stake in the project. The transfer fee was not released but it could be conservatively estimated to be around US$ 4.75 million (RMB 30 million) based on the call for bids. The term of concession was not released. |
