Description | This project comprises the construction of Huinong - Shizuishan section of Wuhai - Maqin expressway (Uma Expressway), located in the districts of Xinghaihu and Dawukou, China. The section's total length is 57km and it starts from Heping village in Huinong district and ends at the Longhu Erzhan New Village in Dawukou district. The PPP concession is structured as a BOT model with general construction contract and government subsidy. The construction period is 3 years. The contract was awarded to a private consortium through a competitive bidding process.
