Description | In June 2011, the Gansu Provincial Government approved the 9MW PV plant sponsored by Xiehe Wind Farm Investment Company Limited, a subsidiary of China WindFarm Group, a Hong Kong based company, located in Liangzhou District, Wuwei City, Gansu Province in Northwest China. The approved project had a total investment of US$ 24.99 million (RMB 161.485 million), including a 20% equity contributed by China WindFarm and 80% loan from the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Construction commenced in September 2011. According to a report dated June 27, 2013, the project had been operational. |
