Description	The project involves the reconstruction and expansion of the highway from Wuying to Wuying Forest Park in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, located in Wuying District, Yichun City. The route passes through the Fenglin residential area, crosses the Yiwu Railway and Tangwang River, and then follows the original forest park road to the gate of the Wuying Forest Park. Total length of the route is 17.067 km. There are a total of 120m/1 bridges, 39m/2 bridges, 39 culverts and 15 road crossings. The total investment of the project is $9.5 million.
