MOCA Systems, Inc. collaborated with JE Dunn Construction and HDR, Inc. to re-plan and realign the project using MSI's Continuous Alignment™ project delivery system, resulting in completion on time and $1 million under budget. The restoration included major life-safety upgrades, restoration of historic architecture, and expansion of public hearing rooms to enhance civic engagement and accessibility. |
