Description | The project entails the construction of a domestic waste incineration power plant, located on the west side of Jiangcun Village, Baqiao District, Xi'an City, China. The plant will process 3000 tons of domestic waste per day (195 thousands of tonnes per year) and will be equipped with two 30MW extraction condensing steam turbines and generator sets. The annual power generation will be 369.2 million kWh, of which 295.4 million kwh is on-grid and the average annual heat supply is 598,800 GJ. The SPV of the project is called Xi'an Bailu Yuanyiheng Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. Sponsors are Xi'an Huanyi Renewable Resources Utilization Co., Ltd.(68%), Shanghai Kangheng Environment Co., Ltd.(25%), Xi'an Bailuyuan Modern Agriculture Investment Development Co., Ltd.(5%) and Shaanxi Construction Engineering Seventh Construction Group Co., Ltd.(2%) The investment is 1,585,700,000 yuan (USD226.76 million). https://www.cpppc.org:8082/inforpublic/homepage.html#/projectDetail/13178cdc14864e3bbca91df7daeaae37 |
