Description | On November 3, 2017, construction of a portfolio of 8 township wastewater treatment plants commenced in Xianfeng County, Hubei Province. The sponsor was a local private company Hunan Pingan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd, which won the PPP contract through competitive negotiation. The total investment was US$ 16.19 million (RMB 109.38 million) and Pingan had a 100% stake in the project. The concession term was 26 years including 1 year for construction. The treatment capacity of the facilities was 4000 tons per day. |
