Description
Description | The project involves the the construction of the domestic garbage treatment project in Xiangyin County, in Tufeng Village, northeast of Xiangyin County of China. The project includes two 300-ton / day domestic garbage treatment incineration production lines, an annual treatment of 219,000 tons of domestic garbage, and two 300-ton / day mechanical grate furnaces and a 15MW steam turbine generator set. Other supporting facilities include a flue gas purification system for each waste incineration production line; waste heat boilers; supporting auxiliary production and environmental protection facilities. The SPV is called Everbright Modern Environmental Energy (Xiangyin) Co., Ltd. and is owned by China Everbright International with 70% stake and Hunan Modern Environment with 30% stake. The total cost amounts to CNY131.03 million or $19.06 million. The project is structured under TOT + BOT model for a concession period of 30 years. Financial close was reached in July 2019. |
