Description | The project scope includes the construction of 13.19 km of municipal roads in Xichang City, China and the development of Venture Innovation Incubation Park of 35,564 square meters, with a total construction area of 148,142.92 square meters. The project operates as BOT and the contract period is 15 years. The private participation is 70% while the rest of the equity is provided by Xichang State-owned Capital Production Management Co., Ltd in the amount of $ 18.26 million. The total investment amounts to $ 186.83 million of which $ 60.87 million are equity and the rest is debt.
