Description | In September 2014, a local private company Beijing Sound Group won a bid to build and operate a portfolio of wastewater treatment plants in Xingren County, Guizhou Province. The portfolio included the 3rd phase of the Xingren County Treatment Plant, the treatment plant of the local industrial park, and 2 township plants. The total treatment capacity was 11,900 tons per day. The total investment was US$ 14.53 million (US4 95 million) and Beijing Sound had a 100% stake in it. The concession term was 30 years. An SPV, Xingren County Sound Water Affairs Company Limited was established to implement the project. Construction commenced in February 2016. |
