Description | Bio-Treat Technology Ltd. signed an agreement in July 2008 to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters per day in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Bio-Treat Technology Ltd. established a project company, Xuancheng Bio-Treat Water Affairs Co. Ltd., to operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 70 million (US$ 10.01 million) and Bio-Treat Technology Ltd. owns 100% of the project. |
