Kosmos Energy holds a 90% interest and operates the project, with Senegal's state-controlled Petrosen holding 10%. The project has been seeking an additional partner to advance development, but efforts have so far failed. Kosmos Energy plans to transfer the block back to the Senegalese state on or before the license expiry in July 2026 if no new partner is found. |
