The total investment was RMB 81.7469 million (US$ 12.96 million), among them, RMB 24.5667 million (US$ 3.89 million) was equity invested by Henergy, RMB 27 million (US$ 4.28 million) was government subsidy (which was paid at the end of 2012) and the remaining was debt from local bank(s). Construction commenced in Dec 2012 and would be finished within one year.The debt/equity ratio was 55/45. |
