Considering the current sewage discharge volume in Yangquan City, the project will be implemented in stages. In the first stage, a sewage treatment unit of 80,000 m³/d will be implemented, and the sewage treatment capacity will reach a certain level. After the scale is completed, the construction of a 40,000 m³/d sewage treatment unit will be implemented. Concession period is 30 years. Total investment stands at $ 68.51 million.
