Description | In September 2014, construction of a solar power plant invested by a Hong Kong Exchange Market listed Chinese company Solargiga Energy Holdings Limited commenced in Yu County, Shanxi Province. The electricity generation capacity of the plant was 50MW. The total investment was RMB 480 million (US$ 80.63 million) and Solargiga Energy Holdings Limited had a 100% stake in the project. The power plant came into operation in January 2015. An SPV Yu County Jinyang New Power Generation Company Limited was established to undertake the project. |
