Description | Yantai Xinao Gas Company Limited was established in 2001 by Xinao Gas Holdings Limited, which holds a 100% stake in the project. Xinao has exclusive rights to operate and manage gas pipeline infrastructure, and to sell and distribute piped natural gas in the Yantai Economic and Technical Development Zone, Shandong Province for a period of 30 years. The project will be operated by Yantai Xinao Gas Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinao Gas. As of December 2002, 1 km of pipeline had been constructed. |
