Description | The project entails the construction and operation of the first phase (36-MW) of the 72-MW Yavoriv solar plant. Project is located in Ternovytsa, Yavoriv district of the Lviv region. Energopark Yavoriv LLC is the project company undertaking the project. Energopark Yaroviv, owned by entrepreneur Zinoviy Kozytskiy (75%) and his two sons (25%), is the sponsor of the project. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) have lent a total of EUR 24.2 million ($29.8 million) to the project, divided as follows: EUR 17.3 million ($21.3 million) over a 10-year tenor from the EBRD and EUR 6.9 million ($8.5 million) over 11 years from the CTF.
