Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway is a 190KM toll road in the state of Maharashtra, India operated by an SPV, Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway Private Limited. Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway Private Limited is owned by IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited (100%). Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway Private Limited entered into a 26yr Concession agreement with the National Highway Authority of India in May 2014 (30 month construction period included in the agreement). This project is to expand 190km of existing NH-211 (KM 100 to KM 290 from two lanes to a divided four lane toll road. The expansion project is part of the National Highway Development Program (NHDP-IV). Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway reached financial closure in March, 2015. Of the projected $505.12m USD cost, $225.94m USD will be financed through equity and $279.18m USD will be debt financed. Equity will be provided by the National Highways Authority of India ($88.72m USD) and IRB Infrastructure Developers ($137.22m USD). Debt Financing will be provided by Andhra Bank ($46.53m USD), IDBI Bank ($46.53m USD), India Infrastructure Finance Company ($46.53m USD), Infrastructure Development Finance Company ($46.53m USD), Indian Overseas Bank ($46.53m USD), and Union Bank of India ($46.53m USD).
