"This proposal presents a three-year Action Plan (2026–2028) for the YEPP Community Network, a coalition of youth organizations in 15 EU countries coordinated by INA/YEPP EUROPE. Aligned with Priority 1 of the CERV call, the plan promotes and protects Union values as defined in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Lisbon Treaty. It targets to strengthen the application of the Charter, emphasising dignity, human rights, freedom, equality, solidarity, and justice. The plan focuses on two key pillars of the Charter Strategy: - Empowering civil society organizations and rights defenders. - Raising awareness among youth and stakeholders. The objectives are to: - Raise awareness of EU values among youth and civil society. - Build capacity for these groups to act as multipliers locally. - Facilitate youth participation in policymaking. - Strengthen cross-sector collaboration. - Develop tools to combat discrimination and promote equality. The 7 standard (yearly) and 24+ ad-hoc activities focus on research, capacity building, advocacy, and dissemination including activities such as Network Council Meetings, Annual Summits, Youth Voices Forum, ""Democracy Unplugged"" debates, and the quality control tool ""Mission on Track."", to just mention a few. Each year has a distinct focus: 2026: ""Roots of Unity"" – Researching awareness and challenges through surveys, case studies, workshops, and campaigns. 2027: ""Empowered Together"" – Strengthening capacities via online platforms, training, and events like the EU Values Hackathon. 2028: ""EU Values in Action"" – Advocacy and multiplier training with campaigns, debates, toolkits, and a song compilation celebrating EU values."
